Exploring Art on Their Own

One of our daughters has taken to drawing, coloring, or painting cartoon characters.

It is the first real interest in drawing or painting

that she has shown outside of art class or assigned art work.

It is a blessing to watch her draw and explore.

Not only has my daughter, who less than one year ago declared, "I cannot draw," 

been drawing and cultivating her talent,

she has been inspiring our youngest to draw as well.
