Inside the conservatory, we walked rooms of many mums
with more varieties than we could imagine,
including one plant with 100 different mums grafted into it.
Each blossom had a wire support.
There was a helpful garden guide who explained how the plants were grafted
and showed us a few pictures of the process.
After spending a few moments admiring the plant and asking questions,
we were ready to move through more displays.
This 'spider' variation was a favorite of mine.
The girls liked this curly looking blossom,
and the boys, well, they were more interested in getting back outside,
where they encouraged their sisters and cousins to climb around a few trees.
